The following rate structure went into effect on April 1, 2011, for all work performed on or after that date.

blue dot Mileage allowance 50¢/Mile
blue dot Expenses (I.E. Rental Cars, Hotel, Airfare) Cost

Receipts will be provided for all expenses in excess of $100.00 or as requested by the client.
