Who is Industrial Loss Consulting, Inc.?

Since our Company's conception in 1992, we have over the years, developed a Machinery Consulting Company that has not only grown, but has been able to utilize some of the best technology available today, which has assisted us in providing what we and others believe to be the best quality machinery claim services available in today's insurance industry.

We, as a company and a team, strive daily to bring our high standards of quality to all of our clients. Our company can serve you from the production equipment to the computer stations that track the product through the plant.

We can further serve you in the office areas when electronics and communications equipment is involved. Whether a fire, flood, structural collapse, or a single unit breakdown, we can provide all aspects of repair, replacement, or fabrication costs, as well as, time line work to evaluate downtime. We have also served extensively as "clerk of the works" for small to large jobs. As with all jobs concerning the repair aspect, we will be able to locate qualified, certified repair shops to provide estimates to substantiate and validate our analysis work.

The professionals at Industrial Loss Consulting, Inc. have been handling equipment losses for the insurance industry for 20 years, and have worked on losses up to $56 million for a single claim. We have worked in 42 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Cuba, Europe, Africa, India, Sri Lanka, Canada, Guyana, and the Virgin Islands. We are well versed in the needs of adjusters involving anything from resolving a single machine claim to handling business interruption problems that involve dealing with contractors, as well as clients.

Services Offered
Some of the services we offer include current machinery appraisals through our new sister company, ILC Appraisal Services, Inc. Services include complete inventories, replacement costs, ACV costs, fair market values, detailed photographs, back-up documentation and can include local land and/or building appraisals as well, to form a complete package if requested. This service is available for any independent company seeking that service, as well as for the insurance industry.

Our entire machinery appraisals, as a finished product, goes to our clients on a CD-ROM, along with a hard copy of our back-up information. Another copy is kept at our office as an offsite back-up record. We also offer annual updating of this product, (for an additional fee) to ensure your machinery inventory is maintained as current as possible.

We also offer underwater visual inspections (fresh or salt) for the insurance industry and we currently have two certified divers and all of the latest technology and equipment to assist us with most loss situations.

Additionally, we have further developed our in-house research department, with more personnel and better research tools to better assist our consultants and to assist in keeping the overall cost of projects down to a minimum, so that we can pass this savings on to our clients.

Recently, we added personnel in the areas of consulting and research. This enabled us to further expand these departments and to further meet the expanding needs of clients.

We have also added an additional online equipment research service through our web page (via e-mails), which has enabled our research department to assist our clients with smaller losses (for example: 1 to 15 machines) that they may not be able to justify hiring a consultant for an on-site trip/evaluation, but would like our assistance with their machinery needs for a much smaller/affordable fee. This online equipment research service both assists clients, and demonstrates to thems and the insurance industry the continued commitment we, as a company, are able to offer.

Eugene B. Keith
CEO, Senior Machinery Consultant
Eugene has 26 years experience in the following fields of consulting: Machine tool equipment, hydraulics, welding, mining, furnaces, turbines, compressors, mobile equipment and CNC equipment. Eugene also has extensive court and deposition experience. He is a Certified Advanced Diver with special certifications in wreck diving and search and recovery. He is experienced in dives beyond 130'.

Jeffrey D. Cross
President and Senior Machinery Consultant
Jeff has 21 years experience in the field of consulting and repair, machine tool equipment, hydraulics, boilers, water treatment plants, furnaces, generators, turbines, compressors, mobile equipment refrigeration equipment, and CNC equipment.

Gary Finley
Machinery Consultant
Gary has 26 years experience from work in the U.S. Navy, repair firms and consulting experience. His areas of expertise include all types of compressors, metal working equipment, propulsion equipment, pumping equipment, generators, refrigeration equipment and heat exchangers.

Wayne Taylor
Machinery Consultant
Wayne has over 18 years experience in servicing and selling industrial equipment including; MRO Supplies, Machine Tools, Compressor Equipment, and Machine Tool Repairs.

Charles Blackwell Jr.
Machinery Consultant
Charles has 15 years experience in various types of manufacturing equipment fields. Charles also has experience as a safety Coordinator as well as over 10 years experience in the construction and architectural fields as a project manager.
