We can further serve you in the office areas when electronics and communications equipment is involved. Whether a fire, flood, structural collapse, or a single unit breakdown, we can provide all aspects of repair, replacement, or fabrication costs, as well as, time line work to evaluate downtime. We have also served extensively as "clerk of the works" for small to large jobs. As with all jobs concerning the repair aspect, we will be able to locate qualified, certified repair shops to provide estimates to substantiate and validate our analysis work. The professionals at Industrial Loss Consulting, Inc. have been handling equipment losses for the insurance industry for 20 years, and have worked on losses up to $56 million for a single claim. We have worked in 42 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Cuba, Europe, Africa, India, Sri Lanka, Canada, Guyana, and the Virgin Islands. We are well versed in the needs of adjusters involving anything from resolving a single machine claim to handling business interruption problems that involve dealing with contractors, as well as clients. Services Offered Our entire machinery appraisals, as a finished product, goes to our clients on a CD-ROM, along with a hard copy of our back-up information. Another copy is kept at our office as an offsite back-up record. We also offer annual updating of this product, (for an additional fee) to ensure your machinery inventory is maintained as current as possible.
Additionally, we have further developed our in-house research department, with more personnel and better research tools to better assist our consultants and to assist in keeping the overall cost of projects down to a minimum, so that we can pass this savings on to our clients. Recently, we added personnel in the areas of consulting and research. This enabled us to further expand these departments and to further meet the expanding needs of clients. We have also added an additional online equipment research service through our web page (via e-mails), which has enabled our research department to assist our clients with smaller losses (for example: 1 to 15 machines) that they may not be able to justify hiring a consultant for an on-site trip/evaluation, but would like our assistance with their machinery needs for a much smaller/affordable fee. This online equipment research service both assists clients, and demonstrates to thems and the insurance industry the continued commitment we, as a company, are able to offer.
